Welcome

Seesaw is the portfolio system used for all elementary students in Elkhart. While it can act as an LMS, Seesaw's power is in collecting evidence of student learning into journals they can use to showcase work.

This course is split into three sections: Seesaw Basics, Seesaw Engagement, and Seesaw Beyond the Basics. The Basics module focuses on tool usage and ends with a short quiz. Seesaw Engagement focuses on different ways to engage your class with Seesaw activities and lessons. The Beyond Basics module focuses on teaching, extension, and best practice. There is no expectation that you finish the entire course. In all, there are about 4 hours of content available for you to explore.

When Complete

When you complete all modules in the course, you will get information how to obtain PGPs and on filling out a yellow claim form.

Please note: This course must be completed and all claims must be received by May 20, 2025 and are subject to be paid as long as funds are available.
